My office is handicap accessible, offering a comfortable and inclusive environment for all clients. I see clients Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
During your initial visit, you can expect a collaborative and grounded start. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, exploring your history, discussing your current concerns, and identifying the goals you’d like to work toward. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to the work we’ll do together, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered.
